Always on the road traveling.
I have a 10 year old black Garrett pin pointer and I wore out the holster.
I attempted to purchase a holster ONLY, and could not find one sold separately.
So I contacted Garrett via telephone, and asked where I could purchase one.
I was sent one free of charge, complements of Garrett!
Hats off to Garrett's customer service!
To show my appreciation, I have since purchased a new orange Garrett Carrot.
What a great tool, and great customer service!
 
I love it when that happens. The fact they don’t have to is priceless. I find a lot of this is based on your approach. If I go in without expectations, I find I get a better response than if I go in with an attitude.
 
Can't complain about their customer service. I ordered the MS2 (stereo)headphones in the hopes they would work on my Nautilus 2b. They didn't and I asked customer service about it. They said it was a no go for the detector. They asked for my name and address and sent me, free of charge, a set of headphones(new)that were discontinued. They have a stereo/mono switch with individual volume controls and work great. I offered to send the other one back, they said keep it. Hats off to Garrett's customer service.
