Right, and by the legendary Dick Stout, no less. Dick was a founder of FMDAC (Federation of Metal Detector & Archaelogical Clubs) and the “Club News & Views” editor for Western & Eastern Treasures magazine. Dick also hosts the “Stout Standards” web site.
