I found a couple of these threaded pewter bottle tops in the location of a revolutionary camp site once occupied by the British. The 2 caps are both threaded but the thread is very corse. I at first the cap went to a metal flask of some type until I found one with the glass still there. Anyone recognize the cap style? Any ideas?
