Can You ID?

I have two pieces I have found at a CW site that I cannot ID....Maybe junk but I hate to discard until I know for certain. The 1st pic is a brass object about as big around as a silver dollar and is about 5/16" thick. The other piece I have seen somewhere on a CW site but I can't find it to ID it..Any help would be greatly appreciated....Thanks

That first item looks like a bottle cap opener.
Not sure what the item in your hand is. :?:

Completely agree with the bottle opener... and also have no idea on the second item.

The first item kind of reminds me of the top of a lantern where the wick would come through. Plus it looks like it screws on top of something.
