I found this at what looks to be an old home place. Just some bricks and things scattered around in the woods. There is a graveyard about a quarter of a mile away with headstones dating back to the 1850s.
I thought it was a button, but it is flat on both sides. I can not tell if the script is O F or A F. The F seems easy enough to see but the first letter is hard to make out.
Any help would be appreciated.
