Myrtle Beach, SC on Vacation

Hello Friendly Detector friends. My family and I are on vacation at the Landmark resort in Myrtle beach, SC until Saturday 6/29 . Not sure when Ill have some time to swing the stick. Any suggestions other then the busy tourist beach to metal detect?

I was out there last year an did most of my detecting at night.I usually ended up on the beach around 10 an stayed till about 4:30 in the morning.I find hunting N Myrtle is alittle less crowded than South Myrtle at night.GL/HH.

Thank you. I agree at night would be the best solution. I'm going to head over to the state park today by the airport.

We went searching for shark teeth at night during low tides but this year I'll probably try MDing instead.
