Wow not used to earthquakes in Maryland

This year we have record setting snow
The hottest spring on record
Now the strongest Earthquake for the region

I slept right through it. Keep in mind that "strongest" in this case = 3.6. :)

The only thing that worries me is that some one traced some fault in this area (maybe the same, the one I remember was in Columbia, MD) as part of the fault system that caused the Charleston earthquake (7.something) back in the 1880's.

I was laying in bed awake when it happened (about 5:10 AM). I didn't feel anything as far as shaking, but heard a low rumbling which lasted about ten seconds. It sounded like one of those kids with the bass turned up on their loud car stereo. It was strange enough that I jumped out of bed to see what was going on outside, but didn't feel any vibration.
