Looking like a cheaper version of the MX Sport.
As of now, I'm not too impressed.

I hope it sells for them. They need a winner. But I see no reason to buy one. I have a detector that offers everything I have seen in that video. And with a new 15 kHz frequency I assume it will take all new coils. Quite an investment......

I don't see a whole lot with the MX-7. I am not sure if White's is stuck in a rut and has no new cutting edge technology to offer and are just doing the Hollywood thing and updating old classics. I am waiting for the V3i upgrade - something with the spectragraph, many of the knobs and dials, with a waterproof package and updated ground balancing. The V3i ground balancing is painful compared to say, the MX Sport.

That is such a shame. I cut my teeth on a Whites.
