I think I might now know why he is so rude ( doesn't excuse it though). I was talking to a friend of mine about this guy and he said he had a similar experience with him, then he saw that he had a sign by the door that stated that he "gets paid for appraisals, they're not free" I wasn't even in there for an appraisal or anything of the sort, I just wanted a recommendation on what do do with it to make it more visible for my own use. Pretty pathetic that this guy thinks he's that important that he must charge for some friendly advice... I hope his next BM comes out square! ahhh venting is good.
