You’d think they would thank you for giving a good idea, especially on less common languages.

well, keep in mind that quite often people don't check forums, etc throughout the day. Sometimes they only check in the evening, or on weekends, or first thing in the morning.



I'm not familiar with idme though (assuming it's a website)

I'm not familiar with that specific site, but do you get a notification when the person reads your post ?

If not, you could always re-submit it to see if they reply with something like "thanks, I got it the first time" :lol:
