Four silver that is. Back out to my new spot and found a little honey hole. I was able to hunt from 930 this morning until 2 this afternoon. It was wheat pennies and clad all day, until the last hour. I was headed back to my truck disappointed and decided to slow a bit near the entrance. Pulled all the silver from the same small hillside with that ugly 42 coming out last. It had great sound and was showing 09-48 but when I saw it on the bottom of the plug I thought for sure it was clad. Rubbed the bottom edge on my pants to see the date anyways, probably a 1965. This thing was about 8in deep. Amazed to see 1942. First two quarter day in a while. Starting to learn this place a bit. 9 wheats today. Keeping at it. Good luck out there.
