Sundays are flea market days with the wife. Bought a bag of coins from a guy for $8 because I could see a bunch of steel pennies, IHP's and V nickels in it plus wheaties, hard luck token, large Canadian pennies, foreign coins and a rough George II. Figured something had to be worth the money in the bag. I don't think this is it but I was wondering what it is since it's the only coin I couldn't ID. Sorry they're so big. Cameras wouldn't focus close and I had to use a flat bed scanner. Thanks!

Thank you very much! I had to find the reverse first though as those were the easiest characters to figure out. They all look like "Space Invader" characters to me.

Emperor SHENG TSU
AD 1662-1722
reign title: K'ANG-HSI, AD 1662-1722

The coinage of K'ang-Hsi is a direct continuation of the last issue of Shun-chih.
PRIMARY SERIES (AD 1662-1722)
S-1425, "LIN LIN" (Lin-ching circuit in Shantung).

Not worth much but it's cool.

Thanks again! GL&HH!
