Enjoy the day off work on Monday and spending some time out in the field. Surprisingly enough here we are towards the end of May and the field still have not been planted in my area of Ohio.

I have been blessed this year with some permissions that have been producing some very nice things.
I found my 20th piece of silver for the year my second 2 Center. Which is a first-year issued 1864.Some Indian heads and a couple cool buttons. Always nice to find military buttons. The button with the Train on the front of it I am not sure what it is from. The town that is mentioned on the button is about 60 miles south and west of me. Also found another token, and best of all my feathery Little Friends. My feathery friends are small little killdeers. They are a ground-nesting bird.

Nice bunch of finds! Love the baby bird/nest shot! Looks like one egg has yet to hatch.

Yes it is a pretty nice batch of finds. As far as the little birds go.I hope they make it through planting season.
