Delaware after Hurricane Sandy

So anyone know what they will do with the sand that has to be removed from the roads such as Indian River Inlet? Will they dump it back on the beaches?

I want to drive down once the state has opened the roads.

In fact looking at the road camera it looks like they are working that stretch right now.
