Question about Minelab 705 gold detecting.
What is the smallest piece of gold that can be detected?
I know it depends on depth, so let's consider this as an air test environment.
Are we talking sub-gram?

One of the reasons I ask is I want to get a test nugget to see how it's picked up by the machine (and interpreted by the user! )

Be sure to notice that he used the 6" HF DD coil too. It's the most sensitive to tiny gold like that.

I noticed that too. That is the only HF coil I have for it.

Coincidentally my 15" is the 3k, mid size stock coil is mid freq, and 6" is the 18.75k. That's just the way it worked out.
