Water/Electric plant has been here since the 1890's. Looking through some old plans and other resources we think its the original finished water main to Charleston.

Glory be to Peter! Can you imagine trying to make that? Let alone dig the ditch and string them all together? Gotta be White Oak and some Cooper got the contract! Thats the coolest thing!
