Default Belt plate and bullets

I had a very good evening last night. Same construction site I've been posting other items from. While they are almost completed with this project, they are starting to remove the old trees they had piled up from digging. And these popped out! I believe I have 2 gardiners, and .69 round ball, but the small revolver conical up top gets me. It looks like a miniature 3 ringer. Then I found a sword belt plate maybe? The front emblem is missing, but if you look close enough you can see the gold gilt. Help Id'ing please.

That's a neat pistol bullet. Nice finds.
