My last day off on my 5 day detecting vacation. Spent 8 hours detecting with a buddy today. Dug my first seated dime (1855), an 1880 Indian, a bunch of wheaties (11), a few clad, a few buttons and a musket ball. It was a good day.

Does that dime have a rust stain on it? Like there was iron sitting very close to or on it? Some nice recoveries there, the dime looks to be in good shape for the age! I know there's many guys on the forums in general that haven't found anything Seated, it certainly takes the right site and some luck.
8 hours is a long hunt, somehow finding a spectacular coin makes it all SO worth it!;)
Congrats on a real beauty...
