Any way to tell?

I know it's a long shot and that in reality it really doesn't matter, but is there any way to even estimate the date of the elongated penny? I mean, I've seen "miracles" preformed in this Forum before, so I thought I'd at least check to see if it's at all possible to accurately estimate the age.

I've seen the ghosting of the original coin, but if it's been cleaned that was probably erased.
