Congrats Jim... 14k you have a pretty good chance they are real... I found out doing as much water hunting as I do its a good idea to have a diamond tester...

WTG Jim! That is an awesome find for sure. Like Craig said, it wouldn't hurt to get hold of a diamond tester just to make sure.

By all means get those diamonds tested.
If they want to charge you for the test, then first look at the stone's facets with a 10X magnifier. On a real diamond, the edges where the facets come together, should be straight and free from nicks (diamonds are hard). On a CZ mounted on a well used piece, you are liable to see some nicks and burrs. If so, they are most likely not real diamonds.
