Talking Peoria az

Taking my son put tonight after work. Im in peoria az just off of 99th ave and peoria ave i have the arizona canal trail pretty much in my back yard. Anyone have any ideas where to go near me or anyone near wpuld lime to stay with go et me know im new to it all so any tips info anything would be greatly appreciated.

I'm wintering in Phoenix for a couple of months.
I'm new to this area, and really don't know my way around yet.
I've been detecting for many years, so if you want to get together we could try and make some arrangements.
I'm not sure exactly where Peoria is but after googling I think we are within driving distance.

I'd start with schools, playgrounds, old houses and even your own yard to start to get to know your machine...
