whatchamacallit and small token

Any guesses what the first pic is? I think it is some sort of copper alloy. Has those 4 sun things on each corner (scan came out blurry cause its not totally flat).

The token is just as hopeless. I can make out the 1866 date just below the square with a loupe. Above the square in the inner circle I can make part of a word, either "ULO" or "ULD". In the outer circle, top right, I can make out the letters "CO". What a shame, I can see other lettering, just can't make it out. Oh well. :roll:

BTW, this is my first token, other than Chuck E Cheese and similar modern arcade tokens. Hopefully some silver from the same era to follow, we'll see.

Nice silver!! I sure did luck out today and only found two wheat's and a handful of zincolns. Man what a day cold and raining and windy all day.
