Hey anyone know how old this bullet might be? I found it on an old Air Base, It's been there since the early 30's, it has two stars on it and it says, U.S.C. Co and has the number 19 on the bottom of it, under the wording. When I found it, it still had the gun powder still in it, I dumped it out. The bullet measures about 3 1/4 to 3 1/4 inches.

Thanks for watching.

I'm not an expert but I would guess its a WW2 era cartridge.
Also USC stands for United States Cartridge Company.

19 could also mean 1919, but I'm not sure.

That's a rightous find, Devros. Too bad it's been compromized. :(

The base was created during WWII it was a base for and air squadron of some sorts. It has some really cool history to this base.

That headstamp means it's pre-1938 as then Winchester bought the factory. Looks to me it's a 30-06 round from 1919.
Vlad was correct about the manufacturer.
