Hello,

I just joined today. I don't own a Metal Detector but thinking of purchasing one in the near future. I will take my time and learn as much as I can. :grin:
 
Welcome Valentin..I would suggest getting in touch with the Putnam / Westchester Metal Detectorists & Archaeological Society I think they have meetings on a Thursday night.. You may be able to attend one and get a feel about what detecting is all about
