I have not experienced any keypad issues yet with either of my remotes.
I have punched the buttons on them boatloads.

Folks may find this info handy should they have problems and are into DIY repairs.

jst wondring if they do repairs even if you dont have the sales receipt. not that i have issues of my unit just a thought. thnks
