New to the forum. I spent a couple if weeks lurking and deciding what detector to get and I settled on a Tesoro Silver uMax. Found a used one for a good price in like new condition online, should be here this week and i cant wait.
I based my decision on reviews and simplicity. Ive been scoping areas to take it until it arrives.
 
Very cool, welcome to your new addiction! You might watch some videos on youtube of guys with your detector, which can give you an idea of how to run it and what to listen/ look for.
