Equinox 800 finds Gold and Silver!

At an old abandoned school where a baseball field once stood I found this 10k gold ring! In a year detecting it’s my first ever Gold! I also found a silver Canadian dime mixed in with a bunch of nails!

The gold ring rang up a sold 11/12 and was about 4 inches deep.

Thanks everyone! When I saw the clump my knees buckled! And... it was my old elementary school! 30 years after I started there (dang I’m getting old!) Long closed down she was awaiting to be found where I use to play kickball.

Oddly enough, the high tones were almost absent here. Closed for 10 years, it’s been pounded.. dig those nickels!
