Part of Soviet military technic

So nice evening to everyone...
I have here some part of Soviet technic, its from alluminium, it have two holes from key, and it have mark and number, but this afternoon I try many combination with numbers and letters in english, in russia language, but i find nothing in Google :-)
Somebody, who have some ideas from which soviet technic is this part ?

The price was not put on Soviet military equipment (Ц.8-00).
And holes are not for keys but for hanging on the wall.
It's a civil thing.

In the position on the wall it would look like this ...
The mark would be on the underside, not on the visible side, which in itself does not say anything ... but why would it have handles below and not side by side for better stability?
What kind of civic thing do you think this part comes from?

Looks like a vehicle antenna mount to me. Similar to how we mounted them on our HMMWVs.

Funny!!! Brings to mind some old Cold War era handouts, posters etc....

Wish i'd saved them from my time stationed in Germany....


Something to the effect of "If you see this vehicle, destroy it!", referring to vehicles with many antennas (probably a command vehicle).
 
For sure...its really, really look like antena amount, but i search numbers to try to search type , but found nothing...
