Great Finds Kona, I can't wait to see what's next.
I believe you have a .69 3-ringer, there. The .69 "Tower" is in the style of an Enfield and was called the "Tower" because of it's manufacture, in the Tower of London, England.

It's a now empty lot....I know both sides occupied the area during the conflict...we're pretty sure it was a camp site back then.
