I found this printing stamp at a hill slope.It is made
of thin copper and zink.Remains of wood are still
present.
I could think the image is about some kind of industrial
press although my first impression was it looked like a seal.
I would like to know your opinion -Tanks!

Looks old. I'm sure the show Ancient Aliens would tell you what it was. Looks to be the headgear from one of eaths earliest visitors.

Interesting option,about this alien connection :laughing:
I had the idea of an Hydraulic Press but didn't know if
in 19th century these devices were already invented.
 
I see some curved writing on the bottom of that, but I can't quite make it out.
Slop something on it and give a smack or two on some paper and I think you'll see some results. :yes:

:?:Would probably print up something like this... don't know if that helps, but it's intriguing. Still see some kind of hinged fruit corer.
