Default Pewter Button Experts?

Found this pewter button at a colonial site in central NC. Did not find any military relics, just other flats and associated stuff from a home. Probably nothing special, but thought someone may recognize the pattern.

From the form of construction, I believe that button would be more likely from the late 1700s. Take a look at this site, pull up the tab that says buttons. https://www.daacs.org/about-the-data...loging-manual/

Good site, thanks. Saw the drilled shank in the chart that looked similar.
