Planning Virginia Civil War Relic hunt

I am looking for someone located in Virginia with relic hunting knowledge and permissions to hunt battle sites. I am located in Wisconsin and have always wanted to have a fair shake at some civil war relics! If anyone is a club member or an avid relic hunter located on the northwestern side of Virginia please pm me ASAP. This is something I want planned for mid August.

Silversniper, That would be a CW relic hunters dream! Let us know if someone comes through for you. About 12 years ago my wife and I took a week off and visited CW battlefields from Harpers Ferry to several in western Va and then to Gettysburg and Antietam. No MD's are allowed on the national battlefields but I'm sure they're is private land that would be awsome to hunt. Good Luck
