Well - I'm working on the new place - a little local park that was open in 1964.
I did pull out already about $20 in clad, about 15 wheat cents and just one silver dime - 62 Rosie.
I'm hopping to get my first silver Washington out of this place.
Last night I went over there for couple of hours, found a usual clad and junk ring, my first in this particular park - pretty interesting looking one - at the picture below.
Than - like in ten minutes - I got the signal that was jumping all over the scale, the sure sign for me to dig.
Just three inches down was my first golden ring - 5.5 gram 14K men's wedding band.
It took me almost six months to score my first gold.
Half an hour later I got a very strong silver signal and pulled out a very thin silver ring.
Then - like in five minutes - I found really nice (and very light) silver earring. It was just couple of feet away from the ring.

This morning we took my wife's nieces - 3 & 5 - to the tot lot in nearest community park.
It is not old, but it was nice to me - I found like $40 in clad over there over the summer, very nice Zippo Lighter, my first silver ring (7.5 gram men's wedding band) and - strangely enough - 1893 V-nickel.
Of course - I had my Platinum with me and when the girls went playing - I went searching.
Like in 15 minutes I found my second gold ring - 1 gram 14 K baby ring.
It was my ring #4 in less then 24 hours!!!
Later on I found another earring - it is most likely silver (it took some beating) with very nice little stone - most likely cubic zirconium.
For some reason I have an urge to check this stone with local jeweler.
Should I do it?
What is your opinion on this stone, guys?
