What do you guys think to clean this? being a token would it need to be handled differently than a coin? Tumbler? But I need to get one first. Distilled water? Tinfoil and spit?
Best way to clean trade token?

Personally I wouldn't tumble it. You may end up with a blank disc.

Try a wooden meat skewer stick with some olive oil

Drop in boiling peroxide for a few minutes and then rub with baking soda.
