HAHAHA!!!

yesterday, I had to break into the cases of toilet paper I bought in January (planning on a shortage when the COVID-19 started breaking out of China).

Its crazy that toilet paper is STILL hard to find! either way, I'm good for another 4 months (or less if neighbors come by!)

People are hoarding its disgusting... I'm wearing my gloves every time I have to go out as well as my N95 respirator mask that I'm not supposed to use When I bring groceries home I leave them outside and bring them in a little at a time cleaning them all with Lysol before putting them away after that I take off my clothes and wash them PI JOE said I was crazy... I think not no one really knows how it spreads but I don't want to take any chances Mike taking care of a 93 year old..

This is what I do... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjDu...l2qIKNKFgJlgls

I scored a couple rolls of paper towels last week, and found a good use for them yesterday. Friday is looking good.
Joe... our beaches down this way have cops blocking the entrance.. people especially the young are not for the most part practicing social distancing... when they bring it back to mom and dad and maybe their grandparents maybe they will wake up...

I have four N95 masks that I've lightly used for gardening and woodworking. They're all in good shape, but I've touched all of them several times as they've floated around my workshop. I seriously doubt any hospital would be interested in them. It would be different if I had some still in their package.

My wife is a heck of a seamstress and she has been making very nice multi-layer masks for a nursing home and for a friend of ours that is a VA hospital nurse and his family.

No toilet paper to be found for weeks around here. We were fortunate that both my wife and I stopped on the way home and each bought a big pack back in January. We weren't thinking about the corona virus---we just needed toilet paper and both had the same idea on our ways home from work. That supply is starting to run low and we'd rather not run to the store every day to check, but that's apparently that's necessary to score some. The store manager said they put it out at night and it's long gone by noon. It seems to me the manufacturers need to limit their packaging to nothing more than an 8 roll pack and the stores need to limit one pack per customer. It's not helping if they're distributing it in packs of 12+ rolls.

I clean mine up with a little lysol then let it dry out but I found a source for some new ones...

I hear the mantra they should be saved for the health care pro's... well if we have them then maybe they won't have to treat the commoners...

There is two sides to every story..

I believe there are still many unknowns about this virus. It's really every man for himself in doing what they think is right. I was getting ready early February. That's when hoarding 1st started out here in So.Cal. The ones who are angry about other hoarders weren't smart enough to figure it out sooner. They acted too late. If you stock up early then that limits your exposure risk in repeated grocery trips. Which is good for everyone. All our Costco's have plenty of TP now. Just have to be there a little early and get in a line. Stay safe everyone.

Nice finds!
Plenty of tp down here but as breweries are considered nonessential we will be running out of beer very soon!!!

I know going to have to hoard some Corona beer... love that stuff... I rarely drink but when I feel like a drink its either a corona with lime and salt or jagermeister maybe once or twice a year.

Had no time to hunt selling the house and dealing with what I deal with on a daily basis and now when I have time I can't

Craig, I hear ya. I don’t even remember what the sun looks like at this point and looks like we will be on lockdown until the end of the month or longer.
