The weeks go by and I can hardly find the time but my silver addiction got the better of me, so I grew a pair and stopped at this church in North Philly.
Banged on the church door, Mr Grouchy peers his head out the door. Hi I say all chirpy, introduce my self etc. etc. "you'll have to phone the church" he says
Ok thanks any way bye. Next day I knock again. Different Grouchy looking man opens door.
"Feel free to metal detect" says the pastor
After over- thanking the churchman and doing back flips I had an hour and a half.
Was told the front of the rectory was a stage stop so I hit that area first.
just a few clad quarters and dimes.
The area in front of the main doors yielded Three wheats and a canadian cent, and to one side within a foot of each other The GW and The Rosie.
Just as I ran out of time my Battery's died so It was a Great hunt.
