Found this Empire Billiards 5 Cent token today. I can't find any info about it. Anyone have details about it?

You can google Ottawa Illinois and possible found some old business license information. That could give you a time frame. I've done that with local stuff I found.

I don't know the age. I might have to call the Ottawa, Illinois city hall and inquire about the records.
