the first thing is possibly an escutcheon of some sort?

I,ve seen those used in mounting mirrors.Screw goes thru the hole in the escutcheon,thru a hole in the mirror and into a wall stud.Repeat 3 more times.voila,job done!

The large flat piece of iron looks like the end of a sorghum knife. Similar to a machete used to harvest sorghum cane or sugar cane.

The flowery thing may be part of a three piece drawer pull. Screw comes out of the drawer, thru the part you have and into the knob/pull.

That flat piece looks like boot mud scraper. Usually mount near an outside door step

The round object in the second picture looks like a grommet out of an old canvas tarp. IMHO.
