I always order the ribeye, and I tell the waitress I want it rare. So rare a good vet would be able to put it back if he had to.

I like a good steak, but my recent checkup my LDL cholesterol was the only thing off, it was slightly elevated, so to get it back within normal range I need to keep red meat as a very very occasional small portion treat, as well as other certain foods.
I really like skinless grilled chicken though, especially in a salad, so I'll celebrate national grilled skinless chicken day if they officially recognize it or not

OS used to be my wife’s favorite restaurant, but their service/quality had really gone downhill in the last ten years or so, now we rarely go.Yum but I order all my meat well done.

Best "chain" steak place around here is Texas Roadhouse in my opinion. They serve up a good chunk of cow.
