February thrift finds..little slow

Well it was a bit slow this month. Anyway the gold band I saw at my friends place last month and wanted it bad but did not want to fork over $75.00 for it. So I ended up taking 4 very small rings which I had detected a few years back and they weighed 1 gram more than this ring and traded her. I still feel as though I made out as you can see the markers mark is very vintage. And the earrings except the very small hoops and gold leaf are sterling. The gold leaf are Metropolitan Museum of art..new to me but are very collectable. The very small hoops turned out to be 18k. Cha-ching...lol. The little 2 stone ring is 10kt. very small but only .75. The 2 vintage diamond (1) and 14kt. rings I did pay more than I normally would but these are all the rage right now and are commanding a pretty good buck. The sterling necklace is gorgeous. And a mans junk ring that I may be able to turn over rather quickly. Small sterling and sky blue topaz ring. Sterling and cz eternity band ring is lovely just have to take it to have it cleaned professionally. The big green ring was just something I thought I could turn a quick buck or wear while riding the the bikes this summer. Got results back from MRI on my back..not looking real good but fingers crossed, as I have no pain, that PT will fix the problem. Knee problem..did a round of steroids and it feels almost brand new. Still will baby it for a bit but at least I'm not in seething pain and limping. Still not giving up on the idea of getting back out there swinging the coil....

A little slow?

Most of us here would love to find half of what you find in a month….either MDing or thrifting!

I love it when you have a "slow" month. Kidding, of course. I've seen what your idea of a fair/good month looks like.
Bunch of nice finds. Keep it up...and don't ever give up on your crazy goal of going detecting again!

I'll never give up on Mding. I absolutely love this hobby. Got results back which I'll post in general discussion. Got some beauties for this month, even though they were from a pawn shop, so they weren't "cheap". My husband wanted to get me my birthday present early...
