Found this today on a home site on the river close to the ocean. Home is gone now just root cellar surrounded by Picker trees. Any help with age would be great. Looks like first circle has a building on it may be a church then the bird. Thank you for helping happy hunting

Is there a tiny hole at the top of the first circle? Could be a dangly earring?

I also instantly thought barrette, but if it's heavy then maybe not. What does the back look like?

There is not a hole on the top. The back is smooth but has a spot where looks like there was a type of clip.
