Anyone have experience with the clean sweep coil by tesoro. I am thinking of getting one. Before I buy one I would like to here from people who have used one. I am hoping to use in in dry sand at the beach and fields. Thanks

minus what pertains to the sale. I got spanked for posting a for sale her before, so I'm a little gunshy:
It's a little cumbersome in the surf, but absolutely great for covering large areas in dry or wet sand. It's not quite as deep as the stock coil, but only by a small bit. Pinpointing is different than stock, but very easy. It pinpoints off the front or back edge. Just run the target to the edge until you lose the signal and dig at that point. |
