Default Question

With the Garrett GTAX 550?

My guess is No, but maybe someone here has used one in the surf with a smaller coil. Not many land detectors do well with the saltwater. I can think of two I know that do well, the Sovereign, and the Explorer series. And there is one fisher, the brother to the CZ20, and I've seen a few Oldtimers using there DFX's with clear plastic bags. Maybe a smaller coil, but I would say No...........
