Lost wedding ring in 10 feet of water...$500 reward!

I have a search for a lost ring in 10 feet of water in a small pond on someones private property. The person is offering a $500 reward... This search will require an experienced diver/detectorist The locations is... 75 miles West of Peoria, Illinois on US Rt 116. From Chicago, Il on I 80 W to I 74E to Galesburg, Il, then US Hwy 34 W to Monmouth, IL, then Hwy 67 S to Rt 116. 25 miles east of Burlington, Iowa. About 175 miles North of St. Louis, Missouri.
