garrett metal detector connector

Does anyone have the PINOUT for the cable connector for GARRETTS?

I want to expirement with my own coils....

Heavy gauge wire...

any thoughts?




also any one know of a good MODS SITE for garrett or whites?

Can you post a picture of the garrett connector, I can't remember what they look like.

As far as whites, I think they use Microphone connectors, I saw them in radioshack.

I called Garrett to see if I could use any of their DD coils on an Ace 250. They were very forthcoming with info on which connectors will fit on which machine, but they do not recommend interchanging the coils. They didn't say that it would damage anything as long as the connectors were the same, but they were concerned with instability.
