Well Maybe not Actual Gold but they sure are pretty. My wife and I bought an old house just west of Springfield, IL and Yesterday was the first time I had ever gone to check out the Root Cellar in the back. Wasn't much there some old coffee cans, some dirt lots of cob webs and in the back corner was a Mason Jar w/porcelain lined lid filled with these....Buttons from the Valley Forge Military Academy there are 37 total 15 1" 15 3/4" and 7 1/2" I got now clue if these are worth anything, most are in Excellent shape just a few seem warn. any ideas on the value.
