Detector is short for "that guy with the detector"

I have been swing a detector for 30 years and locals would refer to me as that guy with the detector. In the 80's I started a BBS(before the Internet) and I used the user name Detector because everyone knew who that was. When the Internet came along I just kept using it.

Bearharold is my handle some of my friends said I was big and grouchy like a Bear and my name is Harold so they started calling me Bearharold . Also no one else has had this handle yet and makes it easy to get registered on sites cause this handle is never taken already.

Harold

My golf teacher only gave me one lesson and said that would do me for life. I kept bugging him and he told me to imagine my arms were the slings and my clubhead the pouch and to make myself into a slingshot. That was my last lesson.

Ski Whiz is a brand of snowmobile (made by Massey Ferguson) way back in the day. I always wanted one when I was younger, many years later I found one for sale not too far away from where I live so I bought it & fixed it up. Steve.

I was in a hurry to sign up that day and wasn't really using my imagination. Now I'm bored with it.

F Clef is the bass clef in written music (as the "G" clef is the treble clef)
I'm a performing/teaching bassist,so it fits! (although I'd rather be a full time detectorist!!)

Default When

I was young I had a full head of very light ( almost white ) hair, now I would be happy with any hair . I told someone at work that I used to have very light hair and they started calling me toehead. Toe for short now.
