Talking Another newbie to the forum

Hello all. I used to detect and do some prospecting a few years back, but I didn't have a reliable vehicle to get out to prospecting areas. And I had a Gold Bug detector, so when I would take it to parks, I got tired of not having discrimination or a visual display. I ended up selling the Gold Bug when I needed some money.

Fast forward a few years, I now have a Jeep that I can take out a lot of places, and I wanted a good all around detector, so just last week I bought a very lightly used MXT on craigslist for $400. Took it out one time so far to a sand volleyball court and found $1.13 in modern coins, and a key with Eeyore painted on it.

So yeah, glad to be getting back into the hobby with a detector more suited to my varied purposes.
