Default Small whistle
Found this on the beach today... its definitely a whistle... but why this small? Maybe for dogs?

i tried blowing it and nothing happened... (yes i disinfected it first... or did I?!?!)

thats why i assumed its a dog whistle..... i assumed only dogs can hear it.... jajajaaa...

I think you are right Detecto... the whistle doesnt make any noise.... so what is your whistle used for?
