Default Got my first gold for the year!

Not much, part of it is broken off and I couldnít find the missing piece. The two pieces of band shown in the pics broke off while I was trying to get the dirt off of it. Couldnít find any markings on what was left of the ring, but it acid tested to 14k. Also got a silver cap to something. Itís not marked either, but definitely looks like sterling and has some heft to it. The other silver piece looks like it may have been an earring. Itís not marked either, sure looks like silver. I ended up with $7.76 in clad along with 3 wheats. That makes the best clad day this year.

Good job finding all of those bits and pieces. The silver caps are always a pleasant surprise and usually have some respectable weight to them.

Gold is gold; nice find, especially with being thin, broken and small!
